More Token 是由一名依据中华人民共和国法律经营的个人运营者提供的 AI 服务平台。
More Token is an AI service platform operated by an individual sole proprietor under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
本服务条款（"条款"）规范您对 More Token AI 服务的访问和使用，可通过 https://more-token.top 访问（"服务"）。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the More Token AI service, available at https://more-token.top (the "Service").
建立账户、购买积分或以其他方式使用本服务，即表示您：（a）已年满18周岁，或已达到您所在司法管辖区的法定成年年龄；（b）已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束；（c）同意我们的隐私政策；以及（d）有权代表自身或所属机构签署本协议。
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

More Token provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to access and use AI-driven features through a credit-based system. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
2.2 服务性质Nature of Service
本服务为数字无形产品。积分购买确认后即时开通服务访问权限。由于数字服务的即时交付性质，退款适用特定限制，详见第7条。
The Service is a digital intangible product. Access to the Service is granted immediately upon credit purchase confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as set out in Article 7.
2.3 AI模型依赖AI Model Dependency
本服务使用第三方 AI 模型提供商，包括但不限于 DeepSeek、GLM、Kimi等。本服务的性能和可用性可能受这些提供商运营状态的影响。重大中断将及时通知用户。
The Service utilizes third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to DeepSeek, GLM, and Kimi. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by the operational status of these providers. Users will be promptly notified of any material interruptions.
第3条 账号注册Article 3: Account Registration
3.1 账号创建Account Creation
使用本服务需要使用准确、完整的信息创建账户。您有责任保守登录凭据的保密性，并对账户下的所有操作负责。
Use of the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

第4条 积分与充值方案（V2）Article 4: Credits and Top-Up Plans (V2)
本服务采用积分制。用户可随时购买积分包，积分用于访问和使用本服务的各项 AI 功能。当前可用积分包和定价请访问 https://more-token.top/pricing。
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Users may purchase credit packs at any time. Credits are used to access and use the various AI features of the Service. Current available credit packs and pricing are available at https://more-token.top/pricing.
第5条 计费与付款（V2）Article 5: Billing and Payment (V2)
5.1 单次充值授权One-Time Top-Up Authorization
每次充值均为一次性交易。完成购买即表示授权 More Token 按结账时显示的金额向您的支付方式扣款。支付处理由我们的 Merchant of Record 合作伙伴 Waffo Pancake 完成。
Each top-up is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes More Token to charge the amount displayed at checkout to your payment method. Payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record partner, Waffo Pancake.
5.2 税费Taxes
除非另有说明，所列价格均不含适用税费。作为 Merchant of Record，Waffo Pancake 将依据适用法律代收代缴相关税费（包括增值税、GST、销售税等）。
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. As the Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake will collect and remit applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) in accordance with applicable law.
第6条 积分有效期与账号终止（V2）Article 6: Credit Validity and Account Termination (V2)
6.1 积分有效期Credit Validity
已购买的积分永久有效，但账户终止后的情形除外（见第6.2条）。
Purchased credits are valid indefinitely, except in the case of account termination (see Article 6.2).
6.2 账号终止Account Termination
如账户被终止，未使用积分将在终止后 30 天内保留。超过该期限后，未使用积分将过期，除非适用法律另有要求，否则不予退款。
If an account is terminated, unused credits will be retained for 30 days after termination. After this period, unused credits will expire and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
第7条 退款政策（V2）Article 7: Refund Policy (V2)
7.1 总体政策General Policy
已消耗的积分原则上不予退款。以下为例外情形：

Duplicate Charges: Full refund for duplicate charges resulting from billing errors.

法定权利（EU/UK）：面向欧盟及英国消费者的十四天法定撤销权予以保留。但需注意：根据欧盟消费者权益指令，当数字内容或数字服务的履行经消费者事先明确同意后已开始，消费者将失去撤销权。您在结账时完成购买即表示明确同意服务立即开始提供，并确认知悉因此放弃十四天撤销权。
Statutory Rights (EU/UK): The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom is preserved. Please note: under the EU consumer rights directive, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once the performance of digital content or digital services has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing a purchase at checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day withdrawal right.

7.3 中国消费者特别说明Special Note for Chinese Consumers
根据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第二十五条及《网络购买商品七日无理由退货暂行办法》第六条，在线下载或者消费者拆封的音像制品、计算机软件等数字化商品不适用七日无理由退货规定。More Token 的积分属于数字化商品，一经购买并充值到账户，原则上不适用七日无理由退货。第7.2条规定的"购买30天内未使用积分全额退款"为 More Token 自愿提供的优于法定标准的保障。
Pursuant to Article 25 of the Consumer Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 6 of the Interim Measures for the Seven-Day No-Reason Return of Goods Purchased Online, digital products such as computer software downloaded online or audio-visual products unsealed by consumers are not subject to the seven-day no-reason return rule. More Token credits are digital products and, once purchased and credited to an account, are generally not subject to the seven-day no-reason return rule. The "Full refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase" provided in Article 7.2 is a voluntary guarantee offered by More Token that exceeds the statutory standard.
7.4 退款申请流程Refund Request Process
退款申请请发送邮件至 [email protected]，并提供：账户邮箱、交易ID（可在 Waffo Pancake 发送的收据邮件中找到）及退款原因。我们将在2个工作日内确认，并在5–10个工作日内处理符合条件的退款。
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with: your account email, transaction ID (found in the receipt email sent by Waffo Pancake), and reason for the refund. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
7.5 不予退款项Non-Refundable Items

第8条 账单争议Article 8: Billing Disputes
如您认为扣款存在错误，请先发邮件至 [email protected]，在向银行提起交易争议前与我们联系。我们承诺在2个工作日内回复，并在5个工作日内解决确认的计费错误。
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email [email protected] before initiating a transaction dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
第9条 AI内容与知识产权Article 9: AI Content and Intellectual Property
9.1 输出内容归属Ownership of Output
在遵守本条款的前提下，由您输入生成的 AI 内容（"输出内容"）归您所有。您可将输出内容用于第10条允许范围内的任何合法用途。
Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content resulting from your inputs ("Output") is owned by you. You may use the Output for any lawful purpose within the scope permitted under Article 10.
9.2 输入内容授权License to Input
您向本服务提交内容（"输入内容"），即向 More Token 授予有限、非独家许可，仅用于向您提供服务。未经您明确同意，我们不会将您的输入内容用于训练 AI 模型。
By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant More Token a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 第三方AI模型依赖Third-Party AI Model Dependency
本服务使用第三方 AI 模型提供商，包括但不限于 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google。输出内容可能受这些提供商模型的影响。我们不保证特定输出质量，不为第三方模型生成的内容承担责任。
The Service utilizes third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Output may be influenced by the models of these providers. We do not guarantee any specific output quality and disclaim responsibility for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 AI输出准确性Accuracy of AI Output
AI 生成的内容可能包含错误或不准确之处。您在依赖输出内容之前，有责任自行审阅和验证。
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it.
第10条 可接受使用政策Article 10: Acceptable Use Policy
10.1 允许用途Permitted Use
您只能将本服务用于符合本条款的合法用途，包括个人生产力提升、业务自动化、研究和开发活动。
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes in compliance with these Terms, including personal productivity enhancement, business automation, and research and development activities.
10.2 禁止用途Prohibited Use
您同意不使用本服务：
You agree not to use the Service to:
生成非法、诽谤、骚扰或欺诈性内容。
Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
生成、传播或协助制作深度伪造内容，包括 AI 合成的音频、视频或图像，仿冒真实个人或意图误导观看者对其来源或真实性的判断。
Generate, disseminate, or assist in the creation of deepfake content, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images, impersonating real individuals or intended to mislead viewers about the origin or authenticity of the content.
生成涉及未成年人性化或违反儿童保护法律的内容。
Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child protection laws.
制作恶意软件、钓鱼内容或网络攻击工具。
Create malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools.
侵犯任何第三方的知识产权或隐私权。
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
绕过或干扰本服务的安全功能。
Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Service.
未经事先书面批准擅自转售或分包访问权。
Resell or sublicense access without prior written approval.
违反任何适用法律、法规或卡组规则。
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or card network rules.
10.3 AI服务专项禁止AI Service-Specific Prohibitions
除上述通用禁止事项外，鉴于本服务的 AI 技术属性，您明确同意不得：
In addition to the general prohibitions above, given the AI technology nature of the Service, you expressly agree not to:
利用本服务的输入、输出、模型响应或任何衍生数据，对任何直接或间接与本服务或 More Token 产品存在竞争关系的人工智能或机器学习模型进行训练、微调、基准测试、知识蒸馏或以其他方式开发。
Use the Service's inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop any AI or machine learning model that directly or indirectly competes with the Service or More Token's products.
大规模系统性地爬取、提取或收集模型输出，用于您个人授权使用以外的任何目的。
Systematically scrape, extract, or collect model outputs on a large scale for any purpose other than your authorized personal use.
在可能造成危害的场景下，将 AI 生成的内容标榜为人类专业人员（如执业医生、律师或金融顾问）的成果。
Represent AI-generated content as the work of a human professional (such as a licensed physician, lawyer, or financial advisor) in scenarios where such misrepresentation could cause harm.
第11条 数据、隐私与安全Article 11: Data, Privacy, and Security
11.1 个人信息处理Personal Information Processing
More Token 作为个人信息处理者，依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）及相关法律法规处理您的个人信息。我们遵循合法、正当、必要和诚信原则，仅收集为提供服务所必需的最少信息。
More Token, as a personal information processor, processes your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and relevant laws and regulations. We follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.
11.2 隐私政策Privacy Policy
您对本服务的使用受我们隐私政策的约束。隐私政策详细说明了我们收集的信息类型、收集目的、处理方式、存储期限、共享情况以及您作为个人信息主体的权利（包括查询、更正、删除、撤回同意等）。隐私政策发布于 https://more-token.top/privacy.html。
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://more-token.top/privacy.html. The Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, purposes, processing methods, retention periods, sharing practices, and your rights as a data subject (including rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent).
11.3 支付数据Payment Data
支付卡数据由我们的 Merchant of Record 合作伙伴 Waffo Pancake（符合 PCI-DSS 标准）独家处理，不存储于 More Token 的服务器上。
Payment card data is processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record partner, Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS certified), and is not stored on More Token's servers.
11.4 数据保留Data Retention
账户数据在账户删除后保留 30 天，随后依据隐私政策删除。
Account data is retained for 30 days after account deletion and then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.5 跨境传输Cross-Border Transfer
由于本服务面向全球用户，您的个人信息可能被传输至您所在国家/地区以外的服务器进行处理。我们将依据适用法律采取适当保障措施。
As the Service is available to users worldwide, your personal information may be transferred to servers outside your country/region for processing. We will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
11.6 国际用户权利Rights of International Users

12.3 责任限制Limitation of Liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，More Token 不对任何间接、附带、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。我们的总责任以您在索赔事件发生前 3 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, More Token shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
第13条 期限与终止Article 13: Term and Termination
本条款在您使用本服务期间持续有效。如您严重违反本条款、涉嫌欺诈行为或法律要求，我们可暂停或终止您的账户。如我方因非您违约原因终止服务，将按比例退还预付未使用部分。您可随时通过 安全与访问 → 删除账户 或联系 [email protected] 删除账户。
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the pro-rata unused portion of any prepaid fees. You may delete your account at any time via Security & Access → Delete Account or by contacting [email protected].
第14条 适用法律与争议解决Article 14: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则。提起正式程序前，请先发邮件至 [email protected] 尝试非正式解决。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before initiating formal proceedings, please email [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.
14.1 消费者保护例外Consumer Protection Exception
本条款不排除您依据所在司法管辖区强制性消费者保护法律所享有的任何权利。EU/UK 消费者可依据当地法律在住所地法院提起程序。
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. EU/UK consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence under local law.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and More Token.
